David Harrison started the business Money Options back in 1999, while he was an Authorised Representative with another Licensed Dealer in Securities, and successfully applied for Money Options to have its own Australian Financial Services License (AFSL) in February 2004 (AFSL Number: 244575). Under this license, Money Options assumes full legal responsibility for the advice given to clients.
Money Options does not have any direct affiliation with any investment company or product provider, except as may be necessary for the receipt of brokerage where applicable. Money Options is the business name trading under Money Options Pty Ltd (ABN: 29 089 499 776), and the Director of Money Options Pty Ltd is David Harrison.
Money Options is a member of AAP (Associated Advisory Practices), AFA (Association of Financial Advisers Ltd) and MFAA (Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia).

David Harrison is the Director and Financial Planner of Money Options. He began financial planning in August 1997, working as an Authorised Representative of Financial Wisdom Limited from January 1999 to February 2004, and prior to that with MLC for a little over a year. Before David began financial planning, he served as a Police Officer with the South Australian Police Department between 1990 and 1997.
David is a Certified Financial PlannerTM (CFP) and has completed his Diploma in Financial Planning along with a Certificate in Financial Markets. He frequently attends related seminars along with reading books and periodicals to keep up to date with the latest economic, legislative and financial news.
David strives on providing his clients with ongoing professional, honest and an educated service, which he believes is the key to the high quality, long term relationships he holds with his clients.

In February 2011, Martha joined the team at Money Options as the full time Office Manager. Martha has had 34 years administration experience and manages a busy household with her husband and three daughters. She enjoys spending her times with friends and family over dinner and a glass of wine.

Anika is working part time as an Administrative Assistant for Money Options. She is currently studying a Bachelor in Business majoring in Foreign Policy. Since Anika left high school, Cabra Dominican College, she has spent the last three years working within a financial role. In her spare time, Anika likes to socialise with friends and watch live music.

Prisca Harrison is in charge of the Compliance, Accounts and Marketing at Money Options, as well as being David’s wife. Prisca works part time at Money Options and assists with all the marketing projects required at the office. Prisca has worked in the financial services industy since 1998, working for a couple of Funds Management companies, and is currently a part time mum and part time helper at Money Options.
